Access Statement
The pub and restaurant facilities are on ground floor level with good level access from the car park. Easy access toilet on ground floor with wide door and room to take and manouvre a wheelchair. The accommodation is all on first floor level up a flight of stairs with handrails, but will not suit wheelchair users or those with a degree of mobility impairment. There is a small step in the accommodation corridor. Both Sycamore and Walnut bathrooms have separate showers which are accessed up a 4-5 inch change from floor level. The Oak room has a showerbath which requires being able to step into a full height bath.
